Returns will be process after items are inspected and declared in their original condition. Please allow 7 business days from when it is delivered for your return to be processed.

All returns must have a return label on the package with a RMA number. To process your return and receive an RMA number email us at info@worxlife.com. We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back returns.

Once an RMA is processed, the items must be shipped out immediately. Domestic packages need to be received within 2 weeks of the date the RMA was created. International packages need to be received within 4 weeks of the date the RMA was created.

No refunds are available for sale items – only exchange or store credit

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. 

Items worn, with stains and defects cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, Worxlife Co will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.

Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.

There will be a $8 processing fee for items returned without either the original receipt or an RMA number.

A $10 restocking fee will be charged for all returns and exchanges.
